We are a new destination and have been open for almost 4 years. We are just a few miles from the famous beaches of Sandy Hook and are easily accessible from the SeaStreak Ferry. Why travel to Fire Island when the true jewel of the New Jersey shore is just a 40 minute ferry ride from South Street Seaport Ferry Station or the 34th street pier, We are two blocks from the bay and one of the largest marinas on the Jersey shore. The Jersey Shore is a great place to get away for a weekend getaway or a week long Vacation. Located just 15 minutes from Long Branch and 30 minutes from Asbury Park, night life is never a problem. Within two blocks, there are 12 restaurants, a movie theatre, a playhouse, upscale boutiques, spas, hair salons, artisan shops, a coffee house and the Seastreak ferry which luxuriously shuttles back and forth to Manhattan in 40 minutes.
Check In/Check Out: We offer Check in After 3pm but we do make exception based on availability. Weekly rentals run Saturday through Sunday ONLY! Shorter stays available at a higher rate.
Deposits: 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the room. 30 days prior to arrival balance is due in full. If canceled within 30 days you will loose the total amount. The 25% deposit non-refundable. Demand on these apartments are high so first come first I have 2 similar apartments for rent.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 days of agreement. (applied to rent)
