The bunk rooms can be used as two separate bedrooms, or can be opened up to create a giant bunk room kids will love. The gourmet kitchen features double ovens, a separate wine refrigerator, and dining table with built in banquette seating. In addition to the covered front porches on the first and second floors, the front lawn hosts a large dining table for outdoor dining, and a gas grill. Washer/Dryer, 8 beach badges (6 adult, 2 senior), Cable/internet included. Elevator provides access from ground floor to second floor bedrooms. Two collapsible cribs available on property. Wow! This beautiful home had it all. Lots of space for a large family group. Very close to the beach. Delightful ocean breezes on the front porch. The amenities are wonderful! A fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful linens. Friendly and responsive host and property manager. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Victoria! I highly recommend this host and this fantastic property.

#1185. The quality of amenities and comfort
The quality of amenities and comfort of beds, and renovated rooms was fabulous. The kitchen fully stocked, and especially loved having 2 sinks, and a small fridge for beverages. Having great TV services and packages was great for young kids who needed shows early in the AM. The lighting in rooms and decor fit well with the house.

#1184. his is a special house
This is a special house, made more so by the care of the host and management personnel. We stayed with extended family from all over the country during Thanksgiving, and the host and property manager went out of their way to make sure that everything was in place for us. For example, since we were coming cross-country, they found us a roasting pan, baster, and meat thermometer for our turkey in advance of our arrival. When there was a slight heating issue, they had the plumber there within an hour. The kitchen is modern, well appointed and perfect for group meal preparation. The rest of the house has been very tastefully updated and comfortably slept everyone. Prior to our stay, I was also not familiar with the town and its interesting history (books on which are in the house). An exquisitely preserved Victorian village on the beach surrounded by good restaurants and fun shops made for a wonderful off-season holiday for the whole family.

#1028. Like our own home- but WAY better!
My siblings both live out of state and it’s hard to spend quality time together when we are either TOO CRAMPED or staying too far apart. This Christmas, we decided to rent in Ocean Grove and the Victoria was absolutely perfect!
Between our three families, everybody had separate sleeping space (the little cousins LOVED the bunk room) but we were all able to be together for meals and games downstairs.
We have been renting in Avalon for twenty years and have NEVER had a house this well appointed. The kitchen was stocked. The linens were luxurious. The amount of seating and places to gather was just what we needed.
Allacen was attentive and available. The view (even in winter) was absolutely incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend the Victoria to anybody looking for a place to relax and gather.
Thank you so much for thinking of everything. We had a magical Christmas.

Fantastic rental! Amazing location as you are steps to the beach and the owners/property managers are extremely responsive with any questions or requests.
House has plenty of room and has everything you can think of from a fully loaded kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas. If we are back at the Jersey shore we will be renting again.

#691. Great location - immaculate- pet friendly - beautifully decorated
Beautifully renovated and decorated!! Loved that it is so close to the beach. Enjoyed walking on the boardwalk every evening and the pier at the end of the street is awesome. Relaxing times on the first and second floor covered porches. Front yard is great for yard games. Pet friendly - even for large dogs!! Kitchen is fully stocked and even includes items like a waffle iron and crockpot. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious High quality bedding and towels. Great mix of luxury and historic charm - the stained glass windows are gorgeous!!
