Description
Our house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with all modern amenities. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen with granite, stainless steel, and washer/drier. There is also a sparkling renovated bathroom. The house has central air, hardwood floors, and a large fenced-in yard. You can enjoy dining "al fresco" on the new trex deck, using the cushioned patio set and umbrella. You will find two HD cable TV's, and a Blu-ray player, with an asssortment of movies to view. We also have both adult and children's games for a rainy day. There are four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and two Tommy Bahama umbrellas. On a rainy day, enjoy a selection of DVD's for the whole family. The house is WiFi equipped, but please bring your own device. We will provide two adult beach passes, and children under 12 are free. We will provide linens and towels, including beach towels. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has two twins. There is a pull-out queen sofa with Posturepedic mattress.

Ocean Grove is a beautiful, Victorian town with an old-fashioned boardwalk running the length of an unspoiled beach. There is free parking throughout the town for both beach and stores. Main Avenue reflects the historic nature of the community with one-of-a-kind shops, art galleries, and restaurants. There is even an old-fashioned hardware store that rents bikes. During the summer there are concerts, nearby fireworks, and special activities for children. Check the websites!! Classic Monmouth Park is 25 minutes away, and golfing and other sports are near also.
Nearby Attractions
Ocean Grove is next to Asbury Park with its chic waterfront restaurants and boutiques. Downtown OG has its own charm, with Victorian shops and BYO restaurants and summer out-door dining. Great ice cream, too! The Great Auditorium has programs and concerts throughout the summer, and the Historical Society and the Chamber of Commerce sponsor events. There are special planned activities for children and Tinton Falls Premium outlets are nearby. The location is a quiet street with plenty of street parking. We are walking distance to beach, town, the Great Auditorium, great shops and restaurants. Ocean Grove is a National Historic Site featuring a large number of Victorian homes and a peaceful feeling reflecting a slower pace. It adjoins hip Asbury Park and commuters can use the train to NYC as well as hop on the GSP. The trip to NYC and northern NJ is around 60 miles. The town and beach are open for your summer enjoyment!!

Policies
Half the rent is due upon signing the lease. There is a $500 security deposit due at that time. Balance of rent is due 30 days before moving in. If tenant must cancel, we will try to rerent the house for the same week(s). If unsuccessful, rent already paid will not be returned.
House Rules
Discounts offered for multiple weeks or for repeaters.
All security deposits will be returned providing premises left in the same clean condition as it was found.
Any damage or cleaning fee needed will be deducted from security.

#1076. Wonderful, affordable beach house!
After years of big, 3-generation beach house vacations, my husband and I scaled back to a place for just us that can accommodate a smaller rotation of family visitors, such as grandkids staying a couple of nights. Ocean Grove is like stepping back in time, both in scale and historic community. And an easy walk to Asbury Park. Visitors can take the train to visit. Our hosts were so helpful and gracious. Their cozy home is stocked with everything. Ample street parking. Beach tags, chairs, etc, provided. We definitely look forward to staying again!

#1050. Great stay!
My family of 3 plus our little fur gal, Lydia, had a wonderful stay at this cozy Ocean Grove vacation home. We loved the location and it was so nice & quiet, plenty of parking and also with the beach tags provided allowed us to park right up by the beach if we chose to drive rather than walk. The owners were so welcoming to us and accommodating. They provided us with everything we needed and then some special extras too!!! We certainly hope to stay here again, it was a great trip!!! Everything you need you will find in this home. A big plus- the owners are exceptionally easy to work with and are great communicators. No problem parking here which is a plus in OG!

#917. beautiful house/easy parking!
this is a great house for all age groups. sit in the shady yard and enjoy the cool breeze or take some trips to local restaurants and shops. there is a parking lot close to the beach for visitors with beach passes which are included. everything was available to us, down to the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. the owners even greeted us with a thoughtful welcome basket. we will look forward to our future stays.

We all had a great time at this adorable beach house. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and other amenities, or drive there (with convenient parking available right in front). Have barbecues at night on the patio, or play with the outdoor games that are available. Central air, dishwasher, laundry, board games for down time- this house has it all!

Close to all the action, but still a quiet oasis where you can relax. Great for a family or couples! A true home away from home- the house is stocked with everything you need to have a carefree week or two. Our family had a great time and plan to go again this year.

We had a great stay at this lovely beach cottage! Great location, every amenity we need, and wonderful backyard space with patio and BBQ. Walk to everything in Ocean Grove and Asbury. On-street parking and beach passes make the stay super easy. We'll definitely be back!

We have been repeat renters if this home for several years. What a fabulous home! You get a beautiful fenced in yard with a new deck/furniture. Inside had AC and a washer/dryer. Everything you need is found here- cable Tv and WiFi included! Best of all there us no parking problem here!! You won’t be disappointed!!
