This unit offers a simple one level layout and is located at the back of the 2nd floor. Access into the home is from the left side outdoor entrance with stairs that lead to the top of the 2nd floor. A door at the top of the stairs is the entrance into the unit which consists of an open living/dining room and kitchen. To the back of the unit, is a half bath and a washer/dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. On the same floor, there is a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. Amenities include a gourmet kitchen with all cooking utensils and supplies along with dishware, glassware, and cutlery. A blender is provided. There is a dining table for 4 with 3 additional settings at the kitchen island. The bedroom comes with a queen bed and premium Egyptian cotton bedding. The main bathroom comes with a large shower stall, shampoo, shower gel, bath tissue, luxury bath linens and hand soap. Coffee maker with starter coffee packs. Verizon Fios Wi-Fi available. Premium 48in LG OLED streaming TV with all your favorite apps is located in the living room. 2 Beach chairs, 2 Beach passes and 2 beach towels are provided during the summer months. -50% of Rental Fee is due at time of booking in order to confirm and hold your reservation.
-Remaining 50% Balance of rental fee, security deposit and cleaning fee is required and due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date to hold your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
60 days prior to arrival date: 100% will be refunded
30-60 days prior to arrival date: 50% will be refunded
30 days or less to arrival date: No Refund will be given
Davisson Villa was renovated to create a luxury experience in the charming town of historic Ocean Grove. We ask that you make yourself at home and treat the space like it was your own. Some basic rules and information to enjoy your stay:
1. Be careful when carrying luggage or other personal belongings to prevent damage to the floors, walls and furniture. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do not move furniture from one room to another room in the home.
2. All items in and on the property are inventoried and are not to be removed.
3. Parking is on the street only!
4. NO PETS or ANIMALS are allowed in or on the premises.
5. NO Smoking or Vaping is allowed in or on the property. The Park is across the street.
6. All overnight guests must be registered with the Landlord. The maximum occupancy of the unit is listed on the rental agreement/Airbnb and shall be strictly enforced.
7. No large gatherings or celebrations are permitted unless expressly authorized. In no event shall the occupancy (guests) in the unit exceed the limit of 2 persons per bedroom.
8. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.
9. Beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, bicycles, toys, are not permitted inside the property. These items should be left outside of the house in the enclosure area on the west side of the building.
10. Do not place clothing, swimwear, or towels over the porch railings. Clothes dryer rack is provided in each unit.
11. QUIET HOURS. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No Visitors or deliveries shall arrive at the property during quiet hours.
12. NOT PERMITTED AT THE PROPERTY: Animals, Uncontrolled Drugs, Flammable Substances, Fireworks, Firearms, Candles, Lanterns, Torches, any Dangerous Substances.
13. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. On behalf of the arriving guests, and our cleaning crew, please be mindful of this time.
