Policies
Rental Payment is fully refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to Check-in date;
Security deposit is forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in.
House Rules
Cleaning fee of $200 applies.
Weekly and Off-Season Rentals:
* $500 security deposit required to hold reservation;
* 100% of rental balance due 30 days prior to start date;
* Security deposit will be fully refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection by property owners. If damages are found, security deposit will be used to help offset repair costs, with net balance refunded if any.

#823. A relaxing week in Ocean Grove
The house served our needs. There was plenty of amenities. Lots of time spent on the front porch. Providing sheets, towels and kitchen utensils was helpful. Thanks to our host.
