2 level Cape Cod style house with basement and attic. Level 1 - Living Room, Dining Room, Fully equipped Kitchen, and a separate family room with a 55" LCD TV with a full bath and separate entrance. Level 2 - 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths. Master Bedroom has private full bath, while other 3 bedrooms share common full bath. Basement - storage - guests are welcome to use bikes and beach equipment. House comes fully loaded, including linens and towels.
