Welcome to 38 Ocean Pathway! This historic home has been lovingly updated to provide the perfect vacation experience in Ocean Grove, complete with a Garage, Driveway and Yard. Just 1.5 blocks to the beach and walkable to Asbury Park, this home sleeps 11 with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The spacious Living Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Dining Room comfortably seats 10 for dinner, with another table for 4 in the adjacent Living Room. The fully stocked kitchen offers brand new stainless-steel appliances, an air fryer and a slow cooker. The first floor offers two bedrooms, a Primary with an ensuite full bath with walk-in shower and another bedroom with an ensuite half-bath. The second floor has three bedrooms and a full hallway bath. The second floor Primary Bedroom offers a large walk-out balcony with lounge chairs and perfect views of the sunrise over the ocean. This home also offers a fully air-conditioned experience with two zones of AC, one for the first floor and the other for the second floor. There is a lovely, covered front porch as well as a backyard with outdoor seating and a gas grill for cookouts. The home has multiple TV’s, Verizon cable and Wi-Fi, 4 Adult and 2 Child beach badges, 4 bicycles (including two adult tricycles), a beach wagon, beach towels and toys and games. There is also a second refrigerator and a washer/dryer in the garage.

This roomy two-story beach rental is centrally located and within walking distance to all Ocean Grove has to offer vacationers including a relaxing day at the beach or an afternoon in historic downtown with its quaint shops, antiques, fine dining, and parks. But that isn’t all. The Great Auditorium, Tent City, paddle boat rides on Wesley Lake, and endless fun at the Asbury Park Boardwalk are all just a quick walk or bike ride away!

This house is located in a PRIME LOCATION at the hub of The Grove .The house is located directly in front of the Great Auditorium and faces the Pathway green. Most of the town's scheduled events occur at this location on the Pathway. Asbury Park restaurants and entertainment are a mere 10 minute walk. One of the attractions of this house is that it offers private parking for at least two vehicles. The town has many activities scheduled through out the year.

#1293. Magical place to meet
We just finished our 2nd summer at 38 Ocean Pathway. Allacen, the property manager is super helpful and attentive. The house is immaculate and has many updates by the new owners. It has everything for family gatherings- big dining room, lovely front porch, a garage loaded with all needed beach equipment and a driveway! The kitchen is fully stocked, but if you are fussy about your knives for meal prep, bring your own.
The house is a short walk to the ocean, the center of Ocean Grove or to Asbury.
If we ever win the lottery, we will be back for a month!

#998. Great vacation house
We had a family reunion, 7 adults and 3 kids, in the Ocean Pathway house. First, Allison, the property manager was above excellent. Every question was answered quickly and satisfactorily. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived, and Allison met us and showed us everything we would need for our week. The house had plenty of room for our group.
The house was clean and very well appointed. We needed nothing; there were bikes, wagons, umbrellas, chairs and toys for the beach. The kitchen was furnished with all necessary appliances and utensils. The second refrigerator in the garage was a great addition, as was the washer, dryer and outdoor shower.
The location was perfect: a very short walk to the beach and downtown. One night the group walked into Asbury Park for a great movie night at crust and Crumble, on lake avenue. The town is clean, safe and quaint . We spent many hours on the beautiful front porch and engaged in conversations with the neighbors and those passing by.
I cannot say more to recommend this place; everyone was in agreement that it was a wonderful find and a perfect vacation.

#991. Perfect Family Vacation Location
This large, clean and comfortable house is on Ocean Pathway, the grandest block at the center of Ocean Grove, steps from the beach, ice cream at Days and shopping on Main. Leave the car in the rear driveway and take a bike ride to explore the pretty tree shaded blocks lined with gingerbread houses. We booked the house because it offers easy access to ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms, permission to bring a dog, convenient parking, and plenty of room for a family gathering. The roof deck for viewing the fireworks was perfect. Lovely.

This house is located within walking distance to town and beach. So no need to get into your car until the day you leave.The house has a wonderful front porch for morning coffee and sunset cocktails! The second floor has a nice view of the ocean with outside sitting. The place was clean and really does have everything you need for your home away from home! The first floor bedroom was perfect for my elderly mother who just loved the house! The owner and manager made it a point to welcome you and were very easy to communicate with. So glad I choose to stay here!

Perfect location. Close enough to Asbury but far enough from the chaos. Owner/listing agent are sweet as can be. Great neighbors, great street. House was perfect fit. Amazing view of the ocean from the second floor balcony.
