This was a perfect rental for our family! Landlord was great and very friendly- had plenty of room for 8 of us! Close walk to beach & Boardwalk.

#567. Wonderful choice by any!
It was really hard to find a house that would rent out to me and my friends being that we were 21. Michael responded very quickly and once he gave the "OK" me and my friends quickly acted upon it. He's very easy to talk to and understanding of situations. When we arrived to the house (13 of us renting out both floors) we were filled with excitement and my does the house invite you in literally! We were all happy to stay here and we made it our own. The house was very clean and he had the rules for garbage and recycling posted on both floors. None of us had a complaint about the house at all, many laughs were shared throughout the trip up to the last second. If it were possible we would have stayed longer no doubt about it. Already considering vacation next year at the same location. Don't miss out! Very worth it for location (very close to boardwalk and wawa) and the price is fantastic! Thanks again Michael!

Had a great week. It fits it's description perfectly. The location is in the center of everything which is nice. The owner is great and friendly. Respect the house and he will respect you. Hopefully we will be back next year.
