House may look little but it was the perfect space for my family of 5. It had everything we needed and at a perfect location. Short trip to Acme and other stores. Walking distance to wawa, the boards and beach.

We planned a trip between a small group of friends, and this house was ideal! We booked both floors so we could all have a room. It's a close walk to the beach and a good location if you're going crabbing or checking out other beaches as well. Michael was great with communication and very helpful with any questions I had.

We recently had a wonderful experience at 204 West Maple Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey. The house accommodates up to 8 (easily), although we had 6. It was clean and neat upon arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Convenient location - it is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to Wawa, easy parking. Communication and rental agreement with Michael, the owner, was simple, quick, and pleasant! Great price.

Was a great place to stay if your looking for something in a prime location. 5 mins from the beach and boardwalk. It was a quick little walk to get there. Nice house, with alot of space and rooms. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay.

I stayed with a few friends at this location. It was difficult finding a house that would rent to us because we’re 18. We’re very fortunate to have found this house! The house was what we expected from the pictures. The instructions to go inside were simple. Michael communicated everything very well to us. My only complaint is the house smelled strongly of weed when we first came in. That is in no way Michael’s fault, it’s likely the previous renters before us. The smoke detector was removed and we found it in one of the drawers. The house was in a good location, right around the corner from a wawa and rite aid. Overall, we had a good time staying here and would recommend it!

Michael was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. We went down with a group of 10 and actually cooked all of our own meals in house. One or 2 cooks in the kitchen at a time is all you can fit (while cooking) but very spacious in the other areas. Air conditioner keeps the house very cool which is nice after a hot day. Walk to beach is 10 minutes and there is parking at the board walk for $15 on weekends and $6 on week days; use the parking unless your traveling light is my recommendation. Only thing that needs an update is the grill. It works but may be on its last leg. Seemed to have plenty of street parking.

This home provides the essentials needed for a few nights stay, and only a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. Grocery stores are very close. Michael was helpful and friendly!
