  • Check in after 2 PM Check out by 10 AM There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $55.00 , which allows for 2 hours of cleaning. If the apartment requires more than 2 hours worth of cleaning, the balance will be taken from the security deposit.
  • A deposit of 25% is required to hold the rental.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations are accepted and refunds will be mailed once the unit is re- rented. The amount of rent collected will be the amount of mailed refund check, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
  • A non-refundable cleaning fee of $55.00 is required.
  • Off Season Winter Rental (October 1-May 1) $1425. Includes all utilities, except gas
