For groups up to 16 people, the main house is three floors with dining, living and kitchen, 9 bedrooms and 4 baths. Larger groups include the owner's space which adds an additional queen bed and two twin trundle along with Bath, kitchen, dining and sitting rooms. For larger groups, the entire space includes the ground floor owner's apartment which expands the two kitchens, two laundries, 10 bedrooms, 2 dining areas, 5 bathrooms. (Use of 8 beach badges. If lost charge of $100 each will be charged.)

We offer sheets and bath towels, and there are some beach towels and chairs and toys to enjoy. There is a township form required that is sent following booking. The form requires names of all guests in your group. Rental does not include removing from beds and laundering of the used linens. The service charge is $235 and MUST be scheduled and paid at least one week before arrival to avoid surcharges. We require no outdoor noise after 10 pm or before 9 am since we adore our neighbors! No smoking on the premises (not even outside.)

Guests have access to a second floor laundry to wash and dry used linens and towels.
If you choose not to do this, our cleaners charge $200. to complete this IF ARRANGED IN ADVANCE otherwise the charge is $450 against your security deposit as this is an extremely large risk to us meeting our turnover schedule and mainaining the level of cleanliness we require. Please let us know AT LEAST TWO weeks ahead so we can schedule if you require this support.
Lost beach badges will be charged at cost plus $25 handling fee each, so please replace any lost before leaving by purchasing at OGCMA beach office at the end of the block in gray building. (We leave the badges on the mirror in the entry hallway.)
We are not a party destination; we happily sleep people attending large events nearby, however, we cannot accomodate parties on site. All guests whether visiting overnight or for an hour must be included in your reservation.

Must climb stairs - This house sits up a flight of stairs to porch as well as two flights of stairs internally.
