Occupancy: Maximum occupancy must be observed at all times.
No unregistered events or guests permitted.
Check in/Check out: Check in afer 4PM and Check out by 11AM to allow for proper cleaning and preparation.
Payment terms: Signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure the reservation.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to check in.
Security deposit: A refundable security is required to confirm reservation and will be returned after departure pending inspection.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to check in. Any cancellation less than 60 days prior to check in will result in the loss of the security deposit.
House Rules
No smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or on the porch.
Pets: Dogs allowed on a case by case basis. Additional deposit required and will be refunded at the end of your stay pending inspection.
Quiet hours: Please respect neighbors and observe local quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
Care of property: Guests are repsonsible for keeping the home in good condition and reporting any damage promptly.
Beach badges: 4 beach badges will be provide to the guests. The cost of lost or unreturned badges will be charged to the guests.
Local regulations: Guests must comply with all Ocean Grove and Neptune ordinances.
Cleaning fee: Cleaning fee of $250 will be due upon payment of rental fee.
