Layout And Extras
Have coffee on the rocking chair front porch or barbeque out back. Watch the 4th of July Parade on the front porch offering the "Best Seats in the town!" Walk a half block to Fletcher lake with your fishing pole or continue around to our gorgeous Beach. Play tennis at two nearby courts. Have dinner at one of many nearby restaurants, then head to the "Great Auditorium" for something unique they are offering. Asbury Park and all its delight is just a short walk away. Newly renovated designer kitchen and baths and freshly painted, ready for summer. Plenty of parking on this south side of town home. Come and enjoy all that Ocean Grove has to offer.

Beach chairs available at the house. Sheets and towels provided. Four Adult beach badges given and returned at the end of your stay. NOTE: Beach badges cost $99.00 each. Please make sure all four are returned upon checkout or there will be a replacement charge for any badges missing. Thank You.

The Great Auditorium is an all wooden structure that holds Saturday evening concerts in its open air space. Take a stroll around the many colorful "tent" homes. Walk or bike the boardwalk and grab a bite to eat at the many downtown eateries. Sit at Days for an ice cream cone then head on over to Asbury Park for some added daytime or night time fun. Tennis courts and shuffle board on the south side of town. Walk over to nextdoor Asbury Park for active eateries, bars and restaurants.

Policies
Rental Deposit is non-refundable up to 30 days prior to check in unless the week/month is booked at comparable fees by another tenant. Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure date after the exit inspection.

A 50% deposit with lease signing. The balance due 45 days prior to check in. Damage/cleaning deposit of $500.00 due 30 days prior to checkin.

My family had a great time at Cynthia's home. It is decorated beautifully and spacious and comfortable. Yes, the beds are that comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals if you would like to do that. If not Cynthia has recommendations for several restaurants in the area. The location is great as described in her listing. Cynthia's place is amazing. Spotlessly clean, fully stocked with towels, extra blankets and sheets, kitchen supplies. Everything was tasteful and well placed. Cynthia was also very responsive to requests made over our stay. This was without a doubt one of the best places I have stayed at in decades.

Definitely peaceful and a perfect stay for our group of 5 friends. The house is super clean and has everything you could need, so comfortable and is decorated beautifully. Cynthia left fresh flowers inside and on the porch, she is very thoughtful and very responsive. All of the beds are very comfortable, even pull-out in the TV room! Loved that there are 2 full baths - and downstairs bath has awesome rainfall shower head. Kitchen is beautiful and has all we needed, we cooked all of our meals there. We really loved all the outside spaces...comfy sitting area on front porch and balcony - both great for coffee in the morning or drinks in evening - eating area on porch and in back off kitchen. An easy and relaxed walk to beach on Main Avenue. Parking on street convenient and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Absolutely no complaints and we would definitely stay there again!

Cynthia’s home is lovely and worked out perfectly for our needs. We visited the area for short weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The property was clean and comfortable, offering all of the comforts from home. We enjoyed coffee mornings on the front porch and afternoon walks through the neighborhood filled with adorable beach cottages.
*Shops, restaurants, and the beach are also a short walk away. Great home, would definitely recommend!
