This vacation rental is on the Avalon side of this border street, (80th) but is physically closer to "downtown" Stone Harbor than "downtown" Avalon.
Your beach access is only 1 block away. It is one of the most desirable areas of the New Jersey coastline. Your one block walk takes you past the island’s finest recreation facility. There you can enjoy exercise classes, tennis courts, a ball field, a small skate park, basketball courts, a soccer / football field, playground equipment for small children, and public toilet facilities. Just walk over.
In addition to the usual summer weekly rentals, there are flexible off-season rentals available beginning each Labor Day up thru the following Memorial Day. Reference the rate schedule below.
Downstairs is a comfortable living room (including a genuine Lay-Z-Boy), dining room, full sized kitchen, laundry/utility room with full sized machines, and a powder room half bath. The outside shower has both hot and cold water. Note that the outside shower will be turned off in the winter when overnight freezes are possible. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. A main bathroom serves the two smaller bedrooms. It features a tub/shower bathing unit. The Master Suite includes a full bathroom with a step-in shower.
A very easy location just one Block to the beach. This is one of the most desirable areas of the New Jersey shore. Avalon and Stone Harbor feature beautiful beaches and abundant shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. It is located just 20 minutes from Cape May Point and the Cape May National Wildlife. Numerous restaurants and take-outs are within easy walking distance. Even a small neighborhood grocery. This vacation home is very, very convenient to the beach and everything else, too. Stone Harbor and Avalon feature beautiful beaches and abundant shopping, restaurants, take out and nightlife. The best of the best are right in our neighborhood. There’s even a small grocery within walking distance.
The townhouse is located on 80th Street in Avalon, NJ. 80th St forms the boundary between Avalon and Stone Harbor. This is a GREAT location, in that it is only 1 block to the beach. Along the way to the beach is the island’s finest public recreation area featuring tennis, basketball, baseball, football, and soccer areas as well as a small skate park. At the opposite (bay) end of 80th Street is a boat launch and nearby dock. You can park your car for your stay & thoroughly enjoy yourself. For even more nightlife, there’s also a trolley service in season that circulates among the Avalon and Stone Harbor night spots so everyone can have fun, and no one has to worry about getting “home” safely.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All leases are firm commitments. All lease amounts must be paid in full. Cancellations are only accepted if the property can be re-rented at no loss to the landlord. If the property is not re-rented, the lease remains in full force, and tenant is responsible for any balances in full. In the event of re-rental, the lesser of the amount already paid or the amount of the re-rental will be refunded.
SPECIAL OFF-SEASON FLEXIBILITY: During the Off-Season, a "Week" may be defined as any 7 contiguous days. This to accommodate those that would like to have ALL of a given weekend included in their week. Likewise, a "Month" may be defined as either a calendar month or, for the convenience of those not wishing to be restricted to a calendar month, any contiguous 4 weeks.
Deposits: Requested rental times remain on the market until the rental is secured. For rentals that have a Start Date ninety (90) or more days from the date of the preparation of the lease, receipt of a deposit of 50% of the rental amount, along with the signed lease will secure the rental. For rentals that have a Start Date less than ninety (90) days from the date of the preparation of the lease, receipt of payment in full of the rental amount, and the security deposit, along with the signed lease will secure the rental. ....... Procedure: Upon verbal or e-mail commitment, which will include provision of the renter's full name, address, and phone number, a lease will be prepared and mailed or e-mailed for signature and return along with the aforementioned deposit or payment. Any amounts remaining due under the lease must be in hand 30 days prior to the occupancy date. Keys will be mailed out upon receipt of payment in full. Security Deposits are fully refundable within thirty (30) days of Tenant’s departure if the keys have been received at the address stipulated in the lease, providing there are no claims for damage, excessive cleaning and/or extermination.
