A large summer cottage ideal for family vacations: 4 bedrooms, single-family house on Barnegat Light with spacious patio yard and outdoor shower.. The beach house cottage sleeps 14 people in its 4 bedrooms plus 2 pull-out couches! Lovely large, shady backyard for BBQ, play, lounging, dining with picnic table. Great room includes eat-in kitchen (seats a whole crowd) with TV and DVD. There are two FULL bathrooms inside as well as an outdoor shower.

Other amenities include: Air conditioning mini-split units available throughout the house 2 full bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) Refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave. Washer and dryer, outside shower outside patio area with grill. Thanks for looking! Backyard patio with outdoor dining, well landscaped. Shady with a peach tree. Enclosed Outdoor shower great for all those sandy feet. You will be only 1 block (approx. 60 yards) to the beach and 1 block to the bay. There are also nearby tennis courts and playground. 1 mile away is the Barnegat lighthouse.

Barnegat Light Lighthouse and Museum and all the attractions on Long Beach Island, lots of seafood restaurants, Surf Light summer theater. Barnegat Light borough on LBI provides a beach buggy for the disabled that will allow those to get around on the sand without having to walk. They deliver it to your property and they pick it up.
