A $500 security deposit due with contract and a one time $250 cleaning fee is requested.

One bathroom has a tub and the other a shower stall and a stacked washer and drier. The home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Two beach passes provided with two beach chairs and umbrella. Parking is on the street.

Nearby Attractions
For cultural events there is the Great Auditorium in Ocean Grove and the PNC Bank Arts Center is a short drive away. Within walking distance to the north side of Ocean Grove is historic Asbury Park with its buzzing downtown, upscale shops, galleries, diverse restaurants, entertainment, and historic music venues such as the Stone Pony and the Wonder Bar, vibrant boardwalk, new hotels and a well kept beach. We especially like the Iron Whale, Taka, and Porta for Saturday dinners and Toast for Sunday brunch in Asbury. To the south, across from Fletcher Lake, is Bradley Beach with many restaurants such as Rare and the best Italian bakery Del Ponte on the Jersey Shore, in addition to an eclectic mix of stores and wide beaches. Area towns along the shore such as Belmar and Avon by the Sea and inland Red Bank, Middletown, and Howell provide plenty of scenic drives through Allaire State Park, antique shops, art galleries, golf, biking and other recreational activities.

Cancellation can be made at any time prior to check in date; however, amount paid is non-refundable if cancellation is 90 days or less from scheduled check in date, unless a replacement rental is found. Every effort will be made to find replacements but they are not guaranteed.
