Home on a Sunny, Corner Lot on Pretty Tree Lined Street in Desirable Southern End of Town. Lots of Parking. Great Porch and Large, Brick Patio. Bright, Open Floor Plan. Many Windows. Oak Three Hardwood Floors and Beautiful Granite Counter Tops in Kitchen and Baths. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, One Bedroom with Full Bed, and One Bedroom with Twin Bunk Beds. (There is also a Queen Size Fold Out Sleeper Sofa for Guests.) Master Bath has a Stall Shower. Guest Bath has a Large Tub with Shower and Twin Sinks. Renters must bring own bed linens and bath towels.
Rental includes 4 Adult Bradley Beach Badges (Bradley Beach), 4 Beach Chairs. Hi-Def TV in Living Room with VCR and DVD player. Second Hi Def Smart TV with DVD player in Master Bedroom. Books and Games for the Kids. Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen with Washer and Dryer. Large Porch with Wicker Furniture including a Sofa, Rocker and Chaise Lounge. Large Brick Patio with Gated Picket Fence. Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, and Umbrella Table that Seats 8. Walk to Beach, Ocean Grove and Bradley Beach Dining and Shopping, and Asbury Park Boardwalk. The Kitchen also has a Laundry area with a Washer and Dryer. The Half Bath is off the Kitchen. Large Open Porch with Wicker Sofa, Rocker, and Chaise Lounge that provide Seating for 6. The Pretty Landscaped, Fenced Patio has a Gas Grill, and an Umbrella Table with seating for 8. The Master Bedroom, Master Bath with Stall Shower, Second and Third Bedrooms are Upstairs. Payment by Personal Check, Certified Check or Money Order. Security Deposit Refunded within 3 Weeks of Conclusion of Rental if Home, Furnishings, Contents and Yard is Clean with No Damage. Rent Due 120 Days Before Arrival. (150 Days for Monthly Rentals.) No Exceptions.
