Description
Ocean Grove, NJ: A summer rental steps from the beach. Beach and ocean views from every room - in an updated, turn-of-the-century Victorian home. You will love the large, wrap-around front porch (first floor) and can watch the sun rise with your morning coffee or tea from the second floor porch. Modern kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There are 6 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths including bathtub, walk-in shower, and laundry facilities. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Central air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, outdoor grill and picnic table. 6 beach passes (four adult and 2 youth/senior) are provided.
Note: a 7-day reservation is required (Saturday to Saturday). A discount will be offered for a 14-day stay.
Layout And Extras
Four steps up to wrap-around first floor porch. First floor includes: kitchen, dining room, living room and half-bath. Second floor has 3 bedrooms: one has a queen size pull-out couch, TV and access to second floor porch. Two other bedrooms have queen beds. This floor has two baths, one with a tub/shower and one with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer. Third floor has three bedrooms: two with two twin beds each, and one with one twin bed and one queen bed. Third floor does not have a bathroom.

In the Neighborhood
Easy walking distance to Main Ave shops, restaurants and the Great Auditorium. It is also a quick walk on the boardwalk to Asbury Park.
Nearby Attractions
In addition to the beautiful beach, take the train to New York City. Spend the day at Monmouth Park racetrack (25-minute drive). Walk to miniature golf, bike rentals. Deep-sea fishing from the nearby Shark River marina.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation after a contract is signed, we will make every effort to re-rent the property. If successful, a proportional refund of the rent will be returned. The security deposit will be fully refunded.

Amazing property, right across the beach. Cannot beat the location. The house was very well stocked, comfortable and spotless when we arrived. The description and pictures don’t completely do justice. Our family with small kids had a blast and walking over to the beach was a breeze. Dealing with Glenn was an absolute pleasure and he was very responsive throughout.
