The 1st floor apartment is a luxurious 2000 square feet with 3 bedrooms, a commercial sized kitchen and a large wrap-around porch. High ceilings and an abundance of original wood trim add to the ambiance. Amenities also include air conditioning, a dishwasher and access to a washer/dryer. It is just a short walk to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops of both Ocean Grove and Asbury Park (across the walking bridge).
This is a magnificent house that has been well maintained with a fascinating history and great character. It is offered at $2700 per week for summer rentals. $2200 per week in the off-seasons.
We are also pet friendly but can not accept cats(please inquire for details)

In addition to the rental fee, there is a $175 clean fee. Guests can pay this up front or leave cash for the cleaning service at end of stay.
