Bookings are allowed just Saturday to Saturday! No exceptions.
House swept clean, all garbage and food removed from the house, and beds made before leaving. House must be left in same condition as found.
No group rental. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

I enjoy the beach after Labor Day. The unit was just fine. The view was great. Marilyn was a very gracious host. We all had a nice time.

The rental home was superb. It was bright, clean, spacious, and nicely laid out. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The host was kind, helpful, and responsive. The view was great and our family agrees that it was one of our favorite vacation spots ever!

I had a lovely time in Marylin’s apartment. She was very responsive and flexible. The apartment is comfortable and is just steps from the beach, which is beautiful. Highly recommended.

#213. Wonderful Apartment for family with kids
The apartment was better than I expected. We stayed on the second floor, so we had great views of the ocean which was nice! It was larger than I was expecting, which I was happy with because there were 6 of us. Everything was clean and in working order. We did not have any issues.

I didn't stay in the one I originally picked, but I liked the one I was in even more. It was a cozy little place that checked all my needs. Plus the owner was so nice. The weather wasn't that great so she offered that I could stay for a few extra days. She's a very nice person to deal with and was very accommodating.
