$400 security deposit is due with final rent payment and will be returned to you if all is well after check out.

#2547. Cozy and Spacious Ocean Grove Gem
This house worked for all of us: my husband and I appreciated the clean, very maintained indoor and outdoor space. Screened-in porch a huge bonus. Our 2 and 4-year old granddaughters, loved playing with the games, puzzles and coloring. My son and daughter-in-law loved being able to walk everywhere - the beach, a favorite smoothie place and all Cookman Ave has to offer. The hosts are awesome to deal with before and during our stay. They take pride in this home and renters will want to leave it even better than than they found it. If you need anything, it's probably already there in a drawer or closet: a Pack n Play, a great cot and mattress, extra bedding and a fully stocked kitchen, extra kitchen chairs and a leaf for the kitchen table. Perfect setting for a fun Jersey Shore get-away.

#1313. Wonderful place in a wonderful town!
We had a wonderful stay! The house is lovely: beautifully and thoughtfully cared for with new renovations in the kitchen and bathroom and tasteful touches throughout. It is very clean and peaceful with a open-door kitchen and living room (with bathroom and laundry and comfortable seating) downstairs and two lovely bedrooms and full bath upstairs. We made use of the fold-out couch in the living room and the wonderful screened-in porch for relaxing outside. The house is in a quiet part of Ocean Grove that we love - easy walking or biking to the beach and into town (for ice cream and concerts and adorable shops and restaurants). Dee, the owner, is exceptional. She went above and beyond when we were booking our stay and continued with her kindness to make our visit pleasant and comfortable and to make sure all was well when we were there.

#1301. Perfect House for My Family
This was the perfect house for our beach vacation for my family of 4. The house was updated, spacious, clean, and had everything that my family needed. We loved having coffee and wine in the covered porch, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals at home, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and downtown. We really loved our time there and look forward to hopefully renting there again!

#1289. Excellent Ocean Grove Vacation House
Our week in Ocean Grove was so great because of this wonderful vacation home!
The best things (in my opinion) about this home are
~The Location-we have stayed on this street previously and it’s a fabulous neighborhood.
~The comfortable beds and furnature.
~ The excellent kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and superb washer/dryer.
~Central A/C! Hard to find in Ocean Grove!
~The screened in porch
~The excellent playground right down the street and of course Ocean Grove Beaches!
~Wonderful owners/hosts!

#1275. Favorite Ocean Grove House
This by far was the nicest & cleanest home that we have rented in Ocean Grove. The house has been updated and each room including the screened in porch has ceiling fans in addition to the central air. The bathrooms also were bright & beautiful with an amazing new shower! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and we absolutely plan on coming back next year. We loved our beach stay at this home, with easy access to the beach & restaurants too!
