This quintessential Ocean Grove cottage is just waiting for you. This 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage has everything you need to enjoy a week or longer at the beach. The rental is Sunday to Sunday, so you can avoid the beach traffic and spend Saturday getting ready for your vacation instead of rushing home from work to pack. Once you arrive, spend the afternoons relaxing on the welcoming front patio, enjoying al-fresco dining with the natural gas BBQ, or taking a stroll to the Ocean Grove beach just 8 blocks away. It is a short walk to Ocean Grove’s Main Street shops and restaurants, an easy 15-minute walk to the vibrant arts and music scene in Asbury Park, as well as to Bradley Beach's restaurants, shops, and the nearby train station.
The one-level cottage features a dining area with bench seating, a vintage-style kitchen, a full bathroom, and a European-style washer/dryer combo. There are 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 twin) and a bonus loft with 2 twin beds. Central air, 4 beach badges, Wi-Fi, and all linens are included. Also included are 4 bicycles, a wheeled beach cooler, a beach umbrella/3 beach chairs & a cart to carry it all to the beach.
One dog may be considered with a $100 pet fee. No smoking/vaping/wick candles. This cottage is in a lovely neighborhood and, therefore, is not a party home. Also available for short-term off-season rentals. See availability calendar.

Policies
House Rules
No parties, no smoking, vaping or use of wicked candles. No pets unless approved.
Half of the reservation fee is due if reservation is 35 days or more out from the start of the reservation; the remainder is due 3 weeks before the start of the reservation.
If the reservation is made within 35 days of the reservation start date, the entire rental fee is due upon reservation.
If the reservation is canceled within one week of its start, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

#2541. Perfect Beach Cottage!
We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It was truly one of the cleanest and most well-organized beach rentals we’ve ever experienced. Everything was thoughtfully set up and fully stocked. The hosts really went above and beyond. It honestly felt more like a hotel experience, which we appreciated so much. Every little thing we could have needed (and more) was already there, which made our stay completely stress-free.
The binder was incredibly helpful and such a great touch... any question we had was already answered, which made settling in so easy.
We also have to mention how much we loved the design of the space. The blue appliances and decor were so charming, and the kitchen was perfectly organized. The butcher block over the stove for extra counter space was such a smart detail—we were actually talking about how much we loved that!
We visit Asbury every year, and this location couldn’t have been better. It’s an easy walk to the beach and located in one of the cutest neighborhoods in town.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
