Policies
Cancellation Policy- Deposits will be refunded if cancellation are made with a notice of 90 days of arrival date for summer rentals season/ or if the time period is rented by another tenant. Cancellation policy for weekends/short stays or non-summer season(deposit refunds if cancellation is made with a notice of 30 days of arrival date/ or if time is rented by another tenant
House Rules
Additional notes: Absolutely no smoking in the units Thank-You. Small non-shedding dogs welcomed.
Deposits: Upon receipt of a 50 percent deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon checking in, the remainder is due plus a $500 Security Deposit (cash or money order only). Security deposit will be refunded ( via mail ( check), upon inspection of the unit with all items returned and unit in same condition as checking-in.
