House swept clean, all garbage and food removed from the house, and beds made before leaving. House must be left in same condition as found.
No group rental. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent

It was one of the cheapest place in Seaside Heights at the time of my search, but I thought it was a good value for money.
Small but clean and cozy place in a very convenient location -- very close to the beach and boardwalk shopping.
Optimal for 2 people, although 4 can sleep
