My high school besties and I stayed at Mj's place for the weekend. It was our first weekend together after 17 years. This place is outstanding and exceeded our expectations. A great kitchen to cook in -- lovely spots like the back deck and yard and the front porch - and super comfy beds and rooms. This house is a spring lake hidden gem. We can't wait to try to come back again next year.

We had a great time! Good location and we made great use of the beach and pool passes. You can visit either pool with the passes-such a nice thing to do while at the beach! We also visited the lake often and played tennis on the courts (you have to reserve and pay via the town’s website-$4 per hour). Very easy to communicate with Mj-she answers via the app quickly. This was hands-down my favorite Airbnb. Spring lake of course is fantastic. The house is in the beautiful surrounding neighborhood and walking distance to the lake and shopping and restaurants and the beach. It’s on a dead end quiet Street. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable and the layout is really nice in terms of separation between bedrooms and noise buffering. The beds were super comfortable the air conditioners worked perfectly and the porches were so nice to sit out. I could hear the train occasionally but I loved hearing it! It really couldn’t have been a better space for us. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it and I didn’t want to leave!

Clean house with a good location. There’s not an over abundance of rentals in Spring Lake and this one is on the right side of the RR tracks. A 10 minute walk to the beach and about the same to the Main St with shops. A 10 minute or less drive to Whole Foods and ACME. A 5 minute walk to a wine/liquor shop. Being on a dead end keeps things quiet.
An old house that comes with the charm and drawbacks of the same. Creaky floors and window AC units that will struggle on the muggiest of days, but hey it’s summer right?
If you’re going to bike to the beach, bring your own. A little far to be riding someone else’s bike.
Host communication is definitely above average.
