The old brown shoe it’s a great place to stay. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. It’s an easy five minute walk to the beach. But you feel like you’re right on the beach. Very peaceful and comfortable. My family and I agreed it was some of the best nights sleep we’ve had in a long time. Colleen is a great host. The condo had everything you could possibly need. Plus a great, simple Decour. It’s a nice breezy wide open space. I want to move in and live there! Ocean Grove is a beautiful place. Thanks Colleen for such a nice day!

Perfect getaway. Colleen creates a wonderful experience for her guests. Her home is more spacious, bright and beautiful than the listing can show. It’s also in the most convenient location - steps to the beach, quick walks into Asbury and available street parking even on a busy holiday weekend. We look forward to future visit!

Highly recommended! We thought The Old Brown Shoe was stylish and tasteful. We spent a couple of very comfortable days there, enjoying the beach, which is just a few minutes’ walk. The apartment is well-appointed and immaculately clean throughout. There are thoughtful details that make for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is supplied with whatever you’d need. The host is responsive and clearly wishes to get it all right.

Highly recommend! Colleen had excellent communication and was extremely accommodating. The Airbnb was fantastic. Clean and spacious, the 5 of us were plenty comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to Asbury Park. Thanks for a real good time!

We had a wonderful time at the Old Brown Shoe! The apartment was clean, organized, spacious and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Location is great - 5 minute walk to the beach and on a quiet corner with plenty of parking. The owners were wonderful and friendly and available for any requests needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!
