#783. Love this House and Host!

The first floor of Annie's comfy home was recently renovated and the result is stunning. The open-floor plan makes the living room/dining room feel as light and breezy as the front porch. The kitchen was thoughtFULLy remodeled (making it a delight to cook in!) and the centrally located high-top island easily accommodates a crowd. It is well stocked with everything one wants to find in a rental and also has a large and spacious pantry area.

And if that weren't enough, Annie is a dream host: Responsive, accommodating, helpful, reasonable, and fun. She is a big part of the reason that our family returns to her home year after year.

#759. Beautiful House and Warm Hospitality

Annie’s home is wonderful! It is decorated beautifully, and is an old house that has been modernized in a wonderful way. Beautiful garden out front, and porches are divine! Lots of nice touches

Fantastic and responsive hosts. You were never waiting if you have a question at any point of the booking process or during your stay. Wonderful to know that they care for their home, and they are excited to welcome you into it. Wonderful welcome basket upon arrival, very flexible with check-in times, and Annie offered wonderful tips for things that our children might enjoy doing. The house flows very well and it is easy to entertain a family. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and modern range and beautiful kitchen island to do work, chitchat, or to prep.

This town is great for a family. Close enough to walk to lots of things to do, but it is quiet and the beach is beautiful. Beautiful boardwalk for running and walking. Not commercialized. The town also has a very interesting history.

My family and I would recommend this place as a 10 out of 10. Excellent location, wonderful communication from host, and beautiful to stay.

#728. Lovely stay

We loved our time at 14 surf. Clean, hip and cozy. Quiet but minutes from all the fun stuff: boardwalk, green, town center. Highly recommend it.

#464. Perfect Family Getaway

My family--me, my husband and 2 daughters ages 16 and 18--just needed a place to get away during this crazy summer. We stayed two weeks and could not have been happier. The property is adorable: an old B&B with 5 rooms--each with their own bathroom; a front sitting room and a kitchen with a table big enough for 8. But it is the porches that make the place amazing. Located on the first block off the beach, we could see the ocean from the porches. The location was perfect. Easy walk to downtown Ocean Grove, just 10 minutes to Asbury Park's happening restaurant area--Cookman Ave and 1/2 block to the beach. The house is decorated beachy comfortable and the owner, Annie, took great pains to ensure it's super COVID clean. Annie was terrific to work with, made us feel really comfortable and remembered that we were celebrating a birthday while there. A welcome basket with birthday candles greeted us when we got there. So thoughtful. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definatley be back.

#463. Great house in a great location

Perfect location in Ocean Grove--close to Asbury Park and Main Street, but most importantly half a block from the beach. The house is very large, plenty of rooms--many with their own bathrooms in the traditional OG Victorian style. House was clean and well prepared for COVID. Owner was highly communicative, friendly, helpful.

#465. Great house so close to the beach

My family had an amazing time staying here. The house is very big, Annie made sure we have everything we needed, even made sure we had a perfect parking spot right in front of the house! Would definitely come back here.

#467. Lots of room and cozy!

This was the Best Vacation thus far with my family. It was like we took our home in Virginia to New Jersey but with more room. This house was Fabulous, it had everything we needed down to a playpen for my granddaughter that we forgot to put in the van. Thank you so much Annie for making our 1st annual Brooks vacation special.

Everyone that walked past the house spoke and was so friendly! We loved it, we will definitely be back next year!
