Amazing! It was perfect for our sibling get together. The house was welcoming as well as immaculate with much attention to detail, comfort and charm. Sunrise from the porch was gorgeous and a must see for me every morning. Our host, Annie, was wonderful - very attentive, responsive and thoughtful. This is definitely on my list of places to stay at again!

The house was great! Beautifully decorated and lots of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were set up nicely, with enough bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well set up and had everything we needed. We loved spending time outside on the first and second floor porches and especially enjoyed being only one block away from the beach and the boardwalk. Ocean Grove and Asbury Park have so much to offer. Special thanks to our host Annie. We appreciate your hospitality and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Annie is an excellent host! Communication was easy and enjoyable. The house was immaculate on arrival and the kitchen was very well-appointed and stocked with all the equipment and comforts needed for cooking or carrying in. Annie graciously received a large delivery of groceries before check-in, which we really appreciated.
The house is a block & a half from the beach (<100yds?), and within walking distance of restaurants, etc. We never used our cars after we arrived.
We were a group of 4 couples from all over the US reuniting (many) years after college and we had a wonderful time.

BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!! Annie is the most warm and welcoming host-extremely responsive and helpful! We rented this house for a girls weekend and Annie went as far to give us recommendations for meals and places to go! The house is perfect! Extremely clean; well organized; the individual bathrooms are a huge plus; the details down to shelf paper and labeling are fantastic, the kitchen, living, and dining area is absolutely perfect for gathering and hanging out; the location cannot be beat with walkable access to everything in Asbury Park; the access to the beach is so easy; and the views from the decks are breath taking!! You will NOT be disappointed with this house! A true hidden gem! We can’t wait to go back!

We booked this gorgeous beach house for my immediate family for my daughter’s wedding weekend. The house was absolutely perfect, so charming, so clean, so comfortable and the location was so close to all of the wedding events. The kitchen was perfect and had everything needed for preparing food and hosting our visiting guests. The 5 bathrooms were an absolute must for our group all getting ready for the wedding! We hosted a 3-generation family reunion and Annie went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The spacious, historic house had plenty of room for all 8 of us, whether someone wanted to watch the ocean from the veranda or watch TV in the living room. The house was clean and quiet, just steps from the beach, with beach passes, chairs, and towels included! A bathroom for each bedroom was much appreciated, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a joy.
Annie was incredibly responsive, providing all the information we needed to prepare for our week, as well as helpful tips and recommendations about the surrounding area. The house comes with everything you need to have a fun and relaxing time at the beach. Worth every penny!

The first floor of Annie's comfy home was recently renovated and the result is stunning. The open-floor plan makes the living room/dining room feel as light and breezy as the front porch. The kitchen was thoughtFULLy remodeled (making it a delight to cook in!) and the centrally located high-top island easily accommodates a crowd. It is well stocked with everything one wants to find in a rental and also has a large and spacious pantry area.
And if that weren't enough, Annie is a dream host: Responsive, accommodating, helpful, reasonable, and fun. She is a big part of the reason that our family returns to her home year after year.

Annie’s home is wonderful! It is decorated beautifully, and is an old house that has been modernized in a wonderful way. Beautiful garden out front, and porches are divine! Lots of nice touches
Fantastic and responsive hosts. You were never waiting if you have a question at any point of the booking process or during your stay. Wonderful to know that they care for their home, and they are excited to welcome you into it. Wonderful welcome basket upon arrival, very flexible with check-in times, and Annie offered wonderful tips for things that our children might enjoy doing. The house flows very well and it is easy to entertain a family. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and modern range and beautiful kitchen island to do work, chitchat, or to prep.
This town is great for a family. Close enough to walk to lots of things to do, but it is quiet and the beach is beautiful. Beautiful boardwalk for running and walking. Not commercialized. The town also has a very interesting history.
My family and I would recommend this place as a 10 out of 10. Excellent location, wonderful communication from host, and beautiful to stay.
