#824. Great space for small family

Unique things about this property that you might not find in other OG rentals: ocean view from balcony, updated heating/cooling, fully renovated spaces, tons of extra linens, bonus space on second floor of unit that is great for kids and teens to have their own space. In addition, owner provides plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked for our entire long weekend stay and had all the equipment we needed. Walking times (average): two minutes to beach, five minutes to beginning of Asbury Park boardwalk, five minutes to town. Be aware that there is one flight of steps to the unit and another flight to get to the bonus room/second bathroom.

#825. Fantastic Experience

This location is in an amazing spot right by the beach. Extremely clean and the host was extremely diligent communicating with our group before and throughout our stay. Best VRBO experience I have had to date!

Very clean and spacious condo. Newly renovated. Close to beach an asbury restaurants/boardwalk. Good for families. Good owner. We had a very nice stay.

Fresh, clean and spacious! Loved morning coffee on the terrace and watching movies in the beautiful airy top floor suite! The house is a stone’s throw from the beach and Asbury Park dining, shopping and fun. We were delighted!

#795. Exceeded Expectations

This is the perfect beach house, a half a block from the beach. Everything was as described, or better. Updated, immaculate, and nicely decorated. The beds were particularly comfortable. All amenities included. The porch, with views of the ocean, was the perfect spot for morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. A short walk to the center of town or Asbury Park. Easy and open communication with the owner. I would definitely rent here again.
