We loved our stay at Chadwick Cottage. It is a beautiful home with better amenities than you will find in most rental properties. James communicated a lot of information in advance which was appreciated by our group. I would absolutely stay at this property again in the future.

The location is perfect for access to everything in Asbury Park and Ocean Grove. The house is fantastic in both style and functionality. Lots of light and color and small details that made our stay more comfortable. A fire in the fireplace made a cozy atmosphere for conversation in the living room and dining room. Never once thought to turn on the television. Fully equipped kitchen enabled us to make a couple of meals easily. I just can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

The house is every bit as nice as it is in the photos! It's large, but still feels cozy. It's beautifully decorated, but still very comfortable. The location is great - there is a cute little town a few blocks away and Asbury Park is easy to walk to as well. We went for Thanksgiving weekend and even though it's a shore community it's the perfect place to stay during the holidays. The town is all decorated and all the shops and restaurants were open - it was very festive. I'd definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about my family’s stay at this stunning home. It is even more beautiful in person, filled with so many perfect, thoughtful details. A gorgeous renovation was done that compliments the charm and original character of the house. Wonderful, original art and a great selection of reading materials in pretty much every room. An unbeatable location, and one of the best values in Ocean Grove. Book this house!!

Beautiful house in a great location. Spotless. Nicely decorated. Comfortable for a family or a group of friends. Kitchen well stocked with pots / etc.. Manager is fastidious (so you get the benefit of that) - but I would definitely plan on leaving it the way you found it...

This was a wonderful place to stay for the week with a group of 7. The house was gorgeous, and it was stocked with everything we needed to have for our beach vacation. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. A favorite was the circular dining table where we bonded as a family and roared with laughter playing board games. Chadwick cottage was the perfect setting for our friends weekend. Every room was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Just a short walk from the restaurants and bars of Asbury Park. Enjoying coffee on the front porch was a highlight. Jim is a great host and has answered every question you can imagine asking in his orientation guide. Thanks for everything Jim!

We’ve rented for years in Ocean Grove And Chadwick cottage is by far the best. Jim has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The house is gorgeous and really feels like a beach getaway. The house is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to hit the beach, cook a fabulous meal or just relax at home. The beach is a nice walk down Mt Hermon. The location was perfect. One block to Main Street to get coffee, eat, shop and a 5 minute walk to Asbury across a bridge right onto Cookman Ave. Was a perfect week!! We’ll be back!

Several of us stayed at Chadwick Cottage and had a wonderful time. The house is extremely comfortable and the location is second to none in that area. It was very hot when we visited and the house stays perfectly cool with the window units, we were all very happy. Our host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable...I would stay again in a minute and I will. Top notch rental!
