#1312. Thank You for a lovely stay

We stayed at Diane’s “Beach House” for two weeks last month after the place we had been staying at for the last twelve years unexpectedly became unavailable. Finding a place with more than one bedroom available in July is no small feat. Finding one with a private balcony, almost impossible. Diane responded to my early inquire immediately and promptly sent out a lease agreement. The “Beach House” was even more spacious and comfortable than it looks in the pictures. There is room to congregate and also room for “me” time. It is also conveniently located and in walking distance of the beach, Main Street and the Auditorium. Since Diane is right next door, she is very available for questions and/or concerns of which we had none. We plan on making the “Beach House” our annual place to stay.

#1091. Perfect Vacation

I have vacationed in Ocean Grove for over 25 years and have stayed at many hotels and Inns, but when this house is available I jump at the opportunity to book it. The house is perfectly located between downtown Asbury Park and downtown Ocean Grove with close proximity to the beach. The house is always immaculately clean and beautifully decorated in a charming beach theme. The host is extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything you need to enjoy a perfect beach day is included: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and the best is getting free beach passes which is extremely rare at the NJ shore. I always leave wanting to return soon. You will not be disappointed.

#1090. Charrm, comfort, convenient, happy place in Grove

The house at 101 Mt. Tabor has been carefully and expertly decorated, lovely painterly soothing colors, pretty paintings.and accents, and all of the.comforts, cable viewing, a beautiful living room, kitchen with every amwnity and.a welcoming down home dining room for entertaing in this lovely place!. The place has a front porch, backyard seating area and.master bedroom balcony which provide a perfect place to dream! Diane, the owner. Lives next door is a super host, who is kind, warm and available whenever there is a need. Thank you Diane, our stay in 101 Mt. Tabor is perfect and sublime!

#1086. Perfect winter rental

My husband and I rented this home for the winter and our experience was wonderful. We felt right at home here. The place is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in a great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We also loved the backyard and upstairs balcony- really enjoyed sitting out there and reading. This space has everything you could need! Diane is such a kind person and helped us out whenever we needed anything at all. We definitely recommend staying at this charming home. Diane is an incredible host and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable!

Diane is a wonderful hostess, and the beach house is so charming. We especially loved the second floor balcony & proximity to Asbury Park. Beds are comfortable. Home is very clean. Thank you Diane for a lovely stay.

#787. Lovely spot for a family

Me, my husband, and our 14-month old daughter stayed at the home for a week in July and it was lovely. The house was very clean and felt pretty child-friendly for a toddler just learning to walk.

The kitchen had all of your cooking essentials (pots, pans, coffee machine and filters). The keyless entry was so easy and Diane was right next door if we ever needed her (though we never did, since the house had everything we needed). I was also relieved to find that the AC window units kept the entire house very cool.

The house is walking distance to the beach which is nice and quiet and never felt super crowded compared to other NJ beaches. You can also walk over a little foot bridge right to Cookman Ave in Asbury if you wanted to get dinner/drinks.

#772. Perfect Winter Rental

We sold our home in Staten Island and Diane was there for us! A classic,charming Victorian home perfectly located in wonderful Ocean Grove.Walking distance to the beach,phenomenal restaurants,a really cool Biergarten (Asbury Festhalle) 2 blocks away! A short drive to shopping,coffe shops,it’s all there.Just let me say Diane is the best,she’s right next door and she is hands on with anything you need.I must tell you we purchased a home 3 months into our rental and we were getting packages 10 to 15 a day and Diane was right there for us securing our packages,She was great,looking out for us.When the washer and dryer stopped working she had a Brand new unit there in 5 days! She’s attentive and a wonderful landlord,we love her! Give her a shout out,great place to live.John and Adriana.

#763. Had a lovely Stay

My wife and I had a delightful time in Diane's home. She lives next door of this two family 1800's classic Ocean Grove house whose original details are intact and charming. The kitchen has all the cooking and serving items thoughtfully on hand. There is a great sense of privacy within the house. The two porches are a special treat. The upstairs balcony with its overhung roof was a terrific place to sit as a booming evening summer storm poured around us-- but not ON us :). Highly recommended!

Had a great week here. Place was clean. Owner lives next store and is attentive and is there if you need any help.
Great house and location. Easy walk to the beach and nightlife in Asbury Park.
