#1001. Amazing two weeks!
Had the best two weeks in July in Diane’s cottage. She is a great host and was incredibly accommodating. Perfect stay for 2-3 people and very convenient for downtown and Asbury. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Diane, for a lovely stay and great conversation on top of it : ) Your place IS like a “Doll House! It IS immaculate. It IS a Cozy Little COTTAGE, AND it IS most definitely the epitome of OG charm!
We loved our stay, and you made it very comfortable, beachy, and homey. We loved making breakfast and having it in the back courtyard area, and at the end of walking many miles each day, it was nice to just sit on the front porch and relax. AND since your cottage is so close to Wesley Lake and across the lake is Asbury, one night, we even had a free concert while sitting on the front porch by a solo guitar player and singer who was quite good and pleasant to listen to : ) We think he was from this music academy right there across the lake in Asbury.
We most definitely recommend Diane's sweet cottage! That is, of course, when we aren't staying there, which we most definitely will be next year <3

#807. Beach Oasis
A friend and I stayed at the cottage for one week in September 2022, as we had a few times prior. Diane is so accommodating and kind. She always makes our stay super! The cottage is to us a little slice of paradise because it is so cozy, cute, well-appointed, tastefully decorated and has every comfort! We loved having a little wine and cheese board in the evenings on the front porch, the very close proximity to the beach and everything, the adorable bedrooms, kitchen and living room! Beach passes, chairs and a buggy are available to make for an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting with our feet up watching tv in the living room of "our home away from home". The cottage as we call It is, one of the best places to stay in Ocean Grove and is near and dear to our hearts.

Stayed here in July and had a wonderful time. The cottage is just as advertised and was very comfy and cozy. Easy walk to the beach, AP and walkable to everywhere. Hope to be back next year! Diane is a fabulous to work with.

#751. Wonderful stay!!!
My husband and I and our daughter had a beautiful week at Diane’s rental house. The house was just as described, so cozy and only a few short blocks to the beach and a quick walk over to Asbury Park. The house was adorably decorated and very clean!!! It was a perfect place for us to spend the week, and Diane was so lovely to work with. We are hoping to book again for next year. #666. Perfect Cottage
Diane’s cottage on New Jersey Ave was a perfect 3-month off-season rental for my husband and me (Oct-Dec). Diane has done a great job of furnishing and equipping the place with just what we needed! Although small, it has 2 bedrooms and we were able to have friends stay, who also loved the Cottage. The front porch is a great spot for breakfast or enjoying the afternoon or evening and the location near the footbridge to Asbury Park is perfect. Diane is also very responsive to any questions or needs. My husband and I highly recommend this rental!

#613. beautiful cottage
I stayed at this cottage for 2 weeks. It was just what the doctor ordered a relaxing time in Ocean Grove. I have spent many summers in Ocean Grove and this cottage was above and beyond what I expected. The host Diane provided me with beach passes, a beach buggy, beach chairs. this cottage is perfect for two or three people. I had a few friends visit while I was there and they commented on what a great bargain it was.
the only drawback was bringing my own sheets and pillowcases but in this era of covid, it made perfect sense to do so. It's about 4 blocks from the beach and two blocks to the center of town.

#609. Charming little cottage by the ocean...
A very charming and cozy cottage that is close to everything. Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Great location that’s a short walking distance to the beach, Main Street shops and Asbury Park. We rented this cottage over the fall/winter/spring and absolutely loved it. There’s a small porch to sit with your morning coffee and watch the world go by and a side yard to sit and relax with a little more space and privacy. Diane is a wonderful host and responsive to any requests/needs. A great place to get away and enjoy all that Ocean Grove has to offer.
