House has a fenced backyard, and a BBQ with a new in-ground gas grill. Outdoor dining table, umbrella and chairs. Includes lawn care. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, air purifier,and humidifier. 5 POOL/BEACH BADGES and LOCKER Included!
Master bedroom has private master bath with porcelain tile and spacious shower. Flat Screen TV, Walk in Closet. 3 bedrooms and new beds (sleeps 7)

-Bicycle on the boardwalk early in the morning (6:00-9:00 a.m. daily).
-Enjoy the ocean water pool at the south end pavilion with the pool/beach tags we provide for our guests.
-Play tennis in the parks.
-Walk or bike with the children to the playground.
