Planning a Rehearsal Dinner or an intimate Wedding Party? there's PLENTY OF SPACE for FUN & PRIVACY! 5 BED, 3 1/2 Bath, outdoor hot water shower, private third floor bedroom and suite, large living and dining areas, a pool table room, a large fully-equipped kitchen (2 stoves!), a sun porch and screened-in porch, a Heated Pool with Jacuzzi (Open April to October weather permitting), Cable TV and Wireless internet throughout, this is a ideal place to relax indoors and outdoors and work from home when duty calls. Now renting Winter and Spring weekly and monthly preferred but could accommodate weekends! Email inquiries preferred. Include the date of arrival and departure and the number of occupants for the duration of your stay.
Screened-In-Porch, outdoor Heated Pool with Jacuzzi (Open April to October weather permitting), Sun room, Billiards room, TV with DVD/VCR in each room, and Broadband Cable and Wireless connections throughout are among many of the amenities to accommodate a large family, entertain, and work from home. 1st floor: Living room with Large Flat Screen TV, Dining Room, Pool Table room, Kitchen fully equipped, Sun room. Linen and Towels will be supplied upon request at an additional fee.
2nd Floor: Master Bedroom #1 with 1 King size bed, 1 day bed & private full bath; Bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds; Bedroom #3 with 1 Queen size bed; Bedroom #4 with 2 twin beds and direct access to deck overlooking pool area. 1 Full Bath.
3rd floor: One bedroom with 1 Queen size and 1 twin size beds, with large suite
IDEAL LOCATION! Located 2 blocks to beach, 1/2 block to town, 1 block to park, walking distance Spring Lake train station, 2 blocks Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club, walking distance to the Breakers Hotel, location is ideal for family and group gatherings and a great substitute to hotel stay for those attending events in town.
Located 2 short blocks to Spring Lake beach. Close to town, excellent Spring Lake schools, park, and train station.

We are now taking reservations for weekly and weekend reservations for pre-Season (before Memorial weekend May 28, 2010) and Post Season (after Labor Day September 8, 2010).
