This spacious Point Pleasant Beach home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and lies just one block west of Bradshaw Beach. Amenities with the pool include an outdoor shower and changing room, and outdoor gas grill. Inside enjoy cable TV with HBO premium channel, VCR, stereo, computer with DSL connection and Hub and color printer. A private deck off the master bedroom provides a view of the Lake of the Lilies . A Spiral staircase brings you to the pool deck and pool. A new patio on the Washington Street side allows kids a place to meet with friends, without disturbing the rest of the family.
The entire home is air-conditioned 2 zone. Washer and dryer. Off-street parking for 2 cars with ample on-street parking for other cars day & night. All kitchen amenities are provided including a full compliment of pots and pans, utensils, dishes, flatware, microwave, blender, and food processor.) 2 refrigerators, gas range, dishwasher.
5 bedrooms 1 single, 3 queens, 1 triple, many different sleeping combination's possible Study (pull out queen) Sun porch (extra bedroom) - 2 twin beds. Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc. Linens are not provided as part of your rental.
One block west of Bradshaw Beach, a private beach.This private beach has lifeguards and requires passes. (8 Beach Passes are included with your rental) (Please note that all swimming and sports at your own risk.) A few blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants.
Enjoy the summer at the beach and still work in New York City! This home is located one hour and a few minutes from New York, Forty minutes from New Brunswick, NJ. Need a home while you are building or renovating your own? Your children can attend the Point Pleasant Beach Schools.

The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security. NO PROM GROUPS PLEASE!
Deposits: We ask for a $1000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days.
No refunds after April 15 for summer rentals.
A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security. After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for credit card processing).
Off season rentals are available OFF SEASON and Winter Rentals are Possible at special Rates.
