Sleeps 8 comfortably in 2 queen beds, 2 full beds.

Check-In on Friday after 3PM. Check-Out following Friday before 10AM.
$2000.00 Security Deposit due with final payment. Half of rent due to hold week at booking; Balance due 2 weeks prior to check in.
Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure date after the exit inspection. Rental Deposit is non refundable unless the week is booked at comparable fees by another tenant.
Sorry, no winter (January - March) rentals. Utilities & Wi-Fi Internet Included.
