Enjoy the french doors that open up to the wrap-around porch. The kitchen which has been renovated includes a Viking stove and tiled counter-tops. Washer and dryer on the first floor. The dining and living area have cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace for those cool evenings. There is plenty of storage for bikes, canoes, etc in the VERY clean and dry basement. Very spacious house and clean. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
Beach badges and cable are included. The house has central air throughout.
Enjoy the first floor master bedroom, with a queen bed, skylights and a walk-in closet. A guest bedroom, with a full bed is on the second floor. Linens provided.
This 2 bedroom house with 1.5 baths sits across from a quiet park and very near playground, tennis courts and beautiful Fletcher Lake. A scenic walk to the beach.
