OCEAN GROVE was founded in 1869, and is part of the National Register of Historic places in the USA. Here, you will find the greatest concentration of Victorian architecture of ANY place in the whole USA. The town has a est. min. of 900 houses with gingerbread and porches. Ocean Grove also has a beautiful, yet simply designed cathedral for worship or concerts. A boardwalk, made of wood, forms a promenade along the beach, extending at least 5 miles in each direction.

Check in/ Check Out: We can try to be flexible with this. However, it most likely is that check-in will be at 3:00 pm on Sat.. Check-out will also be on Sat., at 10 00 am. We need all this time, in between, because we do such an excellent job of cleaning the house and yard for your extended stay! WE SPEND A MINIMUM OF 8 HOURS CLEANING THE HOUSE AND YARD FOR YOU. You will love the results!
Security Deposit: will be a min. of 1,000 U.S. $ for one week for a small party. It will have to be higher, if your party is large. A stay longer than one week, will require a higher deposit. This is necessary because most of the furnishings in the house are antique. We will sign a legal lease ensuring that your deposit be returned if the house is left in good condition. We are happy to be obliging, and take the rent in several payments. We ask that the first 1/3 be paid at the time of signing, and the second 1/3 and security be paid by April 1. The last 1/3 we would like by May 1. There will be a fee for any cancellations, which occur prior to 2 mos of the rental date. If we cannot rent the house, the fee will be higher.
All cancellations prior to two mos of your rental Rate will incur a charge. It will be higher, if the house cannot be rented. Your security deposit will be returned to you, asap, by mail, usually within one week.
Return renters receive a 5% discount. Will not rent to high school groups or for prom parties.Summer Special: SPECIAL DEAL, You or you and another party rent two mos, get 15% off. Rent 3 mos, get 20% discount. Cleaning is provided every two weeks for one month stays or more.
