The picture of the second bedroom is not yet available for viewing.. It's similar in style to the first, except it has wicker furniture with a floral wallpaper. Check in after 2 PM Check out by 11 AM There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $65.00 which allows for 2 hours of cleaning. If the apartment requires more than 2 hours worth of cleaning, the balance will be taken from the security deposit.
A security deposit of $500.00 is required. A deposit of $450.00 is required to hold your vacation rental. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $65.00 is also required.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Depending on the date you cancel, I will refund your money in full or send you your refund as soon as I re-rent unit. If I am not able to get what you initially paid I will refund to you whatever I collect. Generally, if you cancel before March 1, 2010 , I can most likely re-rent unit but if you cancel after March 1st it becomes more difficult. In any case, I will do whatever I can to help you as I understand situations change.
