This charming, recently renovated 2 Family Duplex can be rented individually or as a whole house. Each side sleeps six and contains: Living Room w/sleeper sofa, Dining Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Queen Bed Master Bedroom, 2nd Bedroom Twin Beds, Full Bath, Covered porch, Convenient Storage area (for bikes, beach chairs, etc.) Also included in each unit: 2 TV's, VCR & DVD, CD player & AM/FM radio, Wireless Internet Access. All bedding and towels are also included. Ceiling fans in living room and window air conditioners in bedrooms. This lovely home is comfortable, bright and breezy. And super clean!
