The condo is fully furnished and can sleep six people comfortably with two bedrooms having plenty of closet space and a pull out sofa in the living room. One of the bedrooms even has a window seat with an ocean view. There are 1 ½ bathrooms; a charming kitchen with custom cabinets and a laundry room on the upper floor. There’s also a huge exterior deck for sunning and relaxing. Additionally, there’s a private storage room in the basement.

The cost for a yearly rental is $1,750.00 a month plus utilities. Memorial Day week-end throught Labor Day week-end (14 weeks) is $17,500.00 plus utilities. Seasonal rentals are flexible. Rates for additional months are negotiable. Call Rich at 917.533.5832 to discuss.
