The condo is fully furnished and can sleep six people comfortably with two bedrooms having plenty of closet space and a pull out sofa in the living room. There’s also a huge exterior deck for sunning and relaxing. Additionally, there’s a private storage room in the basement.

1 month security deposit for annual rentals. 10% security deposit due upon reservation for seasonal rentals. Refunded by mail within 7 days of departure.
Deposit forfeited if rental is canceled within one month of rental period.
