Three air conditioned bedrooms, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player in living room, 26 in Hi Def with cable in master bedroom,and spacious dining area, and sitting room with hardwood floors throughout the house. Cook a delicious meal in the fully appointed kitchen or bbq on the outside grill.
You are just 5 minutes from the cosmopolitan Asbury Park.

Half rent due at time of booking. Rental is confirmed once check clears. Balance due no later than June 1 on all Summer rentals. In addition a $500.00 security deposit for a weekly rental/$1,000 security deposit for monthly rental due 2 weeks prior to check in.Winter wkd deposit of $250. Additional security if you have a pet.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure date after the exit inspection. Rental Deposit is non refundable unless the week is booked at comparable fees by another tenant. then we retain !5% as a fee.
2 adult and one child(12-17) season passes included with rental. If not returned, it will be taken out of security deposit.
A dog under 20 pounds is acceptable.
