THIS house on the corner of Cookman Avenue and Pilgrim Pathway is 3 Short Blocks to Beach. At the end of the block heading east is a fenced playground, tennis court, and shuffleboard courts -- all next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans and a fountain. One more block and you're at the beach! SECURED HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION provided for summer rental.

On first floor are living room, dining room, bedroom with full bed, large eat-in kitchen and bathroom. Two more bedrooms on second floor -- one with queen bed, other with two twin beds. Living room has a Queen-size sleep bed. All have comfortable mattresses. Pack-N-Play cribs also available.
Ceiling fans in kitchen and two bedrooms. Living room and all bedrooms have A/C -- and kitchen as well, if desired.
Washer/dryer.
Large refrigerator with ice-maker.
Summer amenities include 2 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. are available as well as high-speed wifi and cable. Pack 'N Play provided. Many books, games, and videos (for both children and adults) are provided with more available upon request.

House Linens (sheets and towels) are provided for summer and short-term rentals. Some dogs OK. Absolutely No Smoking on either property.
GREAT TOWN with delightful shops, eateries, free concerts almost nightly during the summer, and much more! GREAT BEACHES! Boardwalk. During the off-season there are many special weekend activities: craft fairs, car shows, harvest fest, conferences, concerts, etc. for both adults and children. This is a town for every season and lovely to live in when the crowds are gone! Easy commute to NYC. Short walk to bus. 2 minute drive to park and ride for train.
About Ocean Grove: If you have not yet discovered Historic Ocean Grove, it is a delightful town with Victorian architecture, adorable shops, unique eateries, free concerts almost daily, friendly people, and much more! Ocean Grove has been featured in numerous magazines and called the 'Jewel of the Jersey Shore"," New Jersey's Best Kept Secret', and the "Cape May of Central Jersey". Come enjoy the small town atmosphere and Victorian Charm! Near amusement parks at Point Pleasant, Seaside, Keansburg, and Great Adventure. Refund subject to our re-renting the unit. Nominal advertising/administrative fee deducted.
