April 1st, we will accept weekly rentals, giving priority to tentative reservations. Our weekly rentals will be Sunday to Sunday in 2010, and we will also book weekends or long weekends if a rental is vacant for that week. Prices are posted under Rates below. Ocean Grove Summer Rentals includes: Internet Access 5x faster than DSL. Cable, DVD and Video player, radio, CD player, bed linens and house towels.
Cable accessible in all rooms. 2 or 3 TV's provided. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided Toys, games, books, videos, dvd's and more.

Note: Website Calendar shows weeks that ALL THREE rentals are booked. We are currently booking seasonal and multiple week rentals. Starting April 1st we will accept reservations for single weeks. Tentative reservations for single weeks can be made with a small deposit, which will be returned if the week becomes unavailable, or accepted on April 1st.

Ocean Grove Rental #1 (Photos #3-8) Spacious six-room apartment. Sleeps 8 Large front porch and smaller back porch with Gas Barbecue grill off kitchen. Storage shed with beach chairs, beach toys etc. off back porch. On first floor are living room, dining room, bedroom with full bed, large eat-in kitchen and bathroom. Two more bedrooms on second floor -- one with queen bed, other with two twin beds which can be left as in photo or pushed together to make a king bed. (King size linens also available.) Ocean Grove has Great Beaches, Free Street Parking throughout town! This house is located on the corner of two wide streets and parking is much easier than at other locations comparably close to beach and town. Easy Commute to New York City -- Walk to Bus, 2 minute drive to Park and Ride for Train.

Our seasonals run from May 28 to October 12 for 2010. Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday with Check in at 2 pm and check out at noon. Saturday. Check in 2 bedroom rental at 2:00 pm on Saturday Check out at 1:00 pm on Saturday
50% of total price due at booking. Balance due May 1st. Summer Security Deposit is $500 to 800, depending on unit and length of stay, payable by paypal for quick return. Security deposit for winter or yearly rental is one and a half month's rent. Payment must clear before arrival.
Refund subject to our re-renting the unit with a small administrative fee deducted.
