Ocean Grove Vacation Rental Ocean Front Weekly Summer Rentals The Windamer is a beautiful ocean front Guest House in Ocean Grove New Jersey. We do weekly summer rentals from June thru late September. We do winter rentals from October thru May (8 month leases). The Windamer is a Victorian home which was built in 1884. She was converted to a Guest House in the 1940's. The house looks and feels like a B&B. We primarily do weekly rentals in the summer season. Unlike other properties in Ocean Grove we have a large property with a north and south lawn. There are Weber grills and picnic tables on both sides of the property. There is a washer and dryer on the premises for your convenience.
There are 4 apartments which vary in size and vary in the number of people they can sleep. All apartments have ocean views out every window. They all have use of an outside deck as well. They all have full kitchens and full baths and are beautifully decorated. They are fully stocked, (i.e. pots & pans, pillows and blankets). We have cable and wireless internet. They can sleep between 2 and 8 depending on the apartment. You can call for a full description of the # of beds in each apartment as well as the number of people they sleep. Note: Each apartment receives 2 beach badges for the week. Children 12 and under do not need badges

Our weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am.
At the time of booking,a deposit of half the cost is required. On June 1st the final payment is required. A security deposit of $100 per week is required.
All monies are not refundable unless the unit is re-rented. If the week is re-rented for the full price all monies are returned. If the week is rented at a discount the difference is paid by the the person who had the original contract.
