This historic house rental (circa 1885) is updated and renovated with all the 21st century amenities and conveniences of a top-notch vacation home. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with Verizon FIOS TV's. Six comfortably furnished rooms include large living room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen plus one half bath on the first floor; and one full bath plus three large bedrooms each with a large closet on the second floor. The entire house has wireless internet. The formal dining room is dinner-party ready with china, crystal wine glasses and champagne flutes, and candlelight to make every evening special, with seating up to 12. The eat in kitchen has a breakfast nook with seating for six. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware.

fundraising/specialty organizations.

Summer living is easy and comfortable with front porch (rockers, of course, it's Ocean Grove), enclosed side porch, outdoor shower, gas grill and patio set with seating for six for outdoor dining. In addition to our booking now for summer weekly, monthly or seasonal rentals, this house is renting off-season long weekends: Easter and Spring holidays. We will gladly provide transportation to/from airports, train stations or bus stations at an additional cost. New Maytag washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms consist of: Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV, rocker, bookcase, antique dressers plus very large closet. Blue Bedroom with two antique twin beds, dresser, funky chair and large closet. Pink Bedroom with Day/Trundle Bed (two twins), antique dresser and large closet. Linens may be supplied at an additional charge.
Within walking distance to Ocean Grove beach and Main Avenue downtown, the Great Auditorium with it's great concerts, outdoor cafe's, restaurants, shops, historic house museum and art galleries. Also walking distance to Asbury Park and hip Cookman Avenue (First Saturdays),concerts at the Paramount Theater, Convention Hall, Stone Pony, and gourmet restaurants, funky clubs and antique shops. Even the train station is within easy walking distance with train service into Manhattan and Academy Bus Service into Port Authority in New York City.
Ocean Grove is located between Bradley Beach and Asbury Park (walking distance) and driving distance from Spring Lake, Red Bank, the day fishing boats of Belmar and Point Pleasant and the many seafood, Italian, and specialty restaurants in this area of the Jersey shore.

SECURITY DEPOSIT Required along with lease application to secure rental requirement. Refunded in full no later than two weeks after departure as long as property is left in the condition it was found.Amount to be determined according to type and length of rental.
