Open floor plan plus 2nd family room. Magnificent, fully-supplied brand new kitchen with large center island. Large refrigerator freezer with ice maker. Outdoor dining backyard with patio and grill. Big screen TV in great room. Additional family room with TV works for childrens playroom and extra sleeping with double sofa bed. Kitchen table can seat 12. Lots of parking. Wonderful open front porch. Private beach association (Sunset Manor)which allows food and beverages on beach.
Many bikes for children and adults provided. Immaculate house, fully furnished and equipped! First floor laundry room. Many bicycles for children and adults, beach chairs and umbrellas. Front porch with cushioned wicker furniture.
1 bedroom with a king, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 4th bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed on bottom and twin on top. Linens can be provided. TV in all bedrooms with VCR'S (plenty of videos supplied) Sofa beds in great room sleep 3. Sofa bed in additional family room sleeps 2. Linens can be provided.
The house is part of Sunset Manor with its own Sunset Manor Playground and private beach which allows food and beverage. Spring and summer weekly house rental is walking distance to close to many fun activities, miniature golf, nearby water park, board walk amusements, Barnacle Bills, Charter Boats for fishing,Tennis Courts, Convenient stores and Super Market. All accessible by foot or bikes and bikes come with the house.
Seaside Heights boardwalk, water rides, amusements and nightlife are two beaches away. Point Pleasant is a short drive.
