About Us: We have owned our vacation home in Brigantine since 1992. We have established a fine reputation for ourselves for honesty and reliability, and have many repeat visitors each year. We maintain our property in excellent repair, with personal care and attention to comfort and cleanliness. We have been told by many guests that we have the nicest value going for a shore rental. We do not use real estate agencies to list our rentals. We prefer a more personalized approach. We want our visitors to care about coming back to our house again and again. And we appreciate the kindness and consideration we get in return.

About Our Rentals...

Our duplex is a converted cape cod style home which was built in the 1940's. It has a wonderful nostalgic charm, yet it has been updated to offer our guests most of today's modern amenities. We rent our apartments weekly, monthly, or seasonally. Our rates range from $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week in the summer months of June, July and August. We offer winter rentals (entire 9-month winter season leases only - September through May) from $750.00 to $1,350.00 per month, including all utilities!

One block to beach (life guard stand is at our street during peak weeks of season) Our roomy 3-bedroom 1st floor apartment boasts the following amenities: large living/dining room, well-equiped eat-in kitchen, 1-bathroom, 6 beach tags, cleaning supplies, ceiling fan in each bedroom, comfortably sleeps 6 people. Our adorable 2nd floor apartment includes the following: living room with 2 loveseats, 2 bedrooms, galley kitchen with table for up to 4 people, 1-bathroom with shower stall, 4 beach tags. Maximum of 4 people. Both units share laundry room w/ washer/dryer,large corner yard, unenclosed outside shower w/hot/cold water, cable tv with vcr/dvd, wireless internet.

2 bedrooms in 2nd floor apartment and 3-bedrooms in 1st floor apartment, each with double bed, dresser, and night stands. Guests are responsible with providing their own linens, toiletries, etc. Linens can be supplied for an additional fee.

in the neighborhood

We are located on the north end of Brigantine (the quieter, uncongested end of the island) and are exactly one block from the beach. Our beach is a swimmers' beach and we usually have a lifeguard stand at the end of our block. We are situated on a corner lot with plenty of parking.

nearby attractions

Close to Atlantic City entertainment and attractions, but in the "family-friendly" area of Brigantine! The best of both worlds! NO SANDY DAMAGE!!! Our beach has been replenished, and it's HUGE!!! :)

Check-in after 3pm. Check-out before 11am.

Refundable Security Deposit of $300 on 2-bedroom and $600 on 3-bedroom in addition to Rent.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if another tenant is found.

If paying via PayPal, a fee of 5% per transaction will be charged.
Lower end of rate scale is off-season weekly rate for second floor. Higher end of scale is for high season on first floor. There is a discounted combo rate if renting both units.

We can not accomodate 'senior week' type rentals. We have a one-week minimum stay. Thank you for your understanding.
In the interest of full disclosure, we do not have central air conditioning....First floor is well ventilated and there is a ceiling fan in each bedroom....Second floor is also light and airy, and this year we are providing a small window air conditioner in the living room for those occasional hot days in mid-summer..
