Our first floor apartment boasts the following amenities: one block to beach (life guard stand is at our street during peak weeks of season) 13' x 25' living/dining room w/ sofa, love seat, armchair, dining table w/6 chairs, etc. 11' x 12' eat-in kitchen, 1-bathroom laundry room w/ washer/dryer,large corner yard, unenclosed outside shower w/hot/cold water, cable, color tv with vcr, phone for local calls, high-speed wireless internet, 6-beach tags, all appliances, dishes, utensils, etc., cleaning supplies, ceiling fan in each bedroom, comfortably sleeps 6 people. Our second floor apartment includes the following amenities: one block to beach (life guard stand is at our street during peak weeks of season) outside stair to deck with seating for 3-4 people and partial ocean view,living room w/ two love seats and chair, eat-in galley-style kitchen with table and four chairs, 2-bedrooms, each with double bed, dresser, and night stand, 1-bathroom with shower stall, fans - lots of windows and a great breeze, comfortable for 2-4 people. In consideration of all of our guests and to ensure our immaculate living environment, we absolutely can not accept pets of any kind.
