Deposits: 50% down of the total rent upon signing of The Lease Agreement. Weekends and winter rentals differ.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the owner shall make every effort to re-rent the property. Any advertising costs shall be the tenant's responsibility. The advertising costs shall not be deducted from the rental deposit. If the owner is unable to re-rent the property, the tenant shall loose the entire rental deposit. If the owner is able to re-rent the property at a reduced rate, the difference, plus an additional $25.00 shall be withheld from the rental deposit and then the remainder refunded to the tenant. If the owner is able to re-rent the property at the same rate, the tenant shall receive the rental deposit back withholding $25.00 for the processing of new lease agreements and postal expenses that are created when re-booking the new reservation. Weekends and winter rentals differ. Ask for details.
Off season Weekends Available: $350.00.
October 1,2013 thru May 18,2014: $1050.00 per month(inc.water/sewer/High speed internet access and basic cable tv). Price is determined based on amount of tenants, pets, duration of stay, credit and/or advanced payment. All monthly winter rentals must end May 18, 2014 by 11:00AM. NO EXCEPTIONS / NO EXTENSIONS!
