Deposits: 50% down of the total rent and security deposit upon signing of The Lease Agreement.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the owner shall make every effort to re-rent the property. Any advertising costs shall be the tenant's responsibility. The advertising costs shall not be deducted from the rental deposit. If the owner is unable to re-rent the property, the tenant shall loose the entire rental deposit. If the owner is able to re-rent the property at a reduced rate, the difference, plus an additional $50.00 shall be withheld from the rental deposit and then the remainder refunded to the tenant. If the owner is able to re-rent the property at the same rate, the tenant shall receive the rental deposit back withholding $50.00 for the processing of new lease agreements and postal expenses that are created when re-booking the new reservation.
Off season Weekends Available: $350.00. Available weekly in May: $700.00 Weekly in June: 900.00, Weekly rental in July/Aug: $1300.00 Weekly in September: $825.00. A $250.00 security deposit is placed on every rental. January 1, 2009 thru May 2010: $1050.00 per month(inc.water/sewer/cable TV/ High speed internet access)
