Although the fireplace in the living room is a great gathering in the house, there are also two family rooms that add convenience. You’ll relax at this cozy retreat! You have the best of both worlds… enjoy the ocean views and still have the convenience of an in-ground pool.

This Jersey shore summer home is just 5 houses from the Avalon beach. Known for its natural sand dunes, gentle surf, and good life guards. Avalon has a small and well maintained non-commercial boardwalk. Handicap Accessible. The Avalon beaches have beach chairs specifically designed for the handicapped, which are also known as Surf Chairs and are available by reservation in the summer. Wildlife sanctuaries for birdwatching and natural habitats.
Avalon is on the north side of a barrier island named Seven Mile Beach, shared with Stone Harbor. Seven Mile Beach is a mile seaward of other shore towns, which is how Avalon got the nickname "cooler by a mile." Nearby towns of Atlantic City and Wildwood offer an exciting nightlife and boardwalk entertainments.
